IYL-AmA-002 Springfield:
As popular as the name, this yeast is used everywhere! Temperature variation with change flavors with higher temperatures giving hop characters and fruitiness while cooler temps will generate clean fruity characteristics.

HEFEWEIZEN ALE

IYL-HW-001 Wheat King:
Producing banana and clove characters, this yeast rules the weizens at from the top (cropping). Characters can be controlled by varying the pitch rate with under pitching giving more esters and over pitching removing the banana character.

IYL-BA-001 In Bruges:
Straight from Belgium, this yeast is excellent for Blond, Dubbels, Tripels, and Quads as well as a variety of other styles such as Imperial stouts and New England IPAs.
