WHO WE ARE
IntelliYeast Laboratories is the result of scientific discussion over beers, spousal debate in the hot tub and exceptional time management.
Chris
Co-founder, head of R&D, production and sales. Chris is a professor at the University of Saskatchewan with expertise in how our genes turn on or off in response to environmental changes. He has a black belt in Wing Chun Kung Fu and in his spare time, he entertains the family cat Jeff by playing the guitar (not well).
Nicole
Nicole – Co-founder, business planning, finance, human resources and administration. Also management at USask. In her spare time she organizes and delivers ‘Just Tri-It’, a female centered non-profit program empowering women through sport. Fun fact – an obscure Blue Jays 2nd base player is the source of her nickname.
Jordan
Research Technologist. Involved in the production of brewing yeast. In her spare time she enjoys going to the lake with her family. Fun fact – she played division 1 women’s field lacrosse in the NCAA.
